When I try to open a couple of programs at the same time the screen freezes up. I will let it sit for about a minute or two then it starts to work again. the screen will start to shade whitish in color.
p4 2.8ghz 533 fsb 1.0 gig ram ati 9250 video card
could it be my video card?
I did notice that in the rating window it said that the ati drivers where slowing my start up.

Installed ok but freezes when windows is running.
It could very well be, are these beta drivers or the bundled drivers that came with Vista? Have you checked the Event Viewer to get a better idea of what might be causing this? There might be error messages in there that will give an idea of the probable cause. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
